We are conducting a research study about the “My Back Exercise App”, a mobile health application developed for people with chronic low back pain. The purpose of this research is to test whether the “My Back Exercise App” can help people with chronic low back pain to improve their physical function, as well as reduce their pain intensity and improve their quality of life.
Taking part in this study will involve downloading and installing the “My Back Exercise” App on your mobile phone or tablet and utilising it for 6 weeks; completing online forms and questionnaires about you and your health in four timepoints across one year after the study.

All the memorabilia that was in the boozer has been located it has been in storage by the Army 35Sqn is rebuilding the Ettamogah club in the faculty at Amberley John Cameron told me that the Army storage unit did not want the memorabilia so they offered it to the Heritage centre hopefully 35Sqn will be able to display some of the items I believe when the club is opened they will invite us to have look at the club...
